A faster, clearer way to process deliveries is coming this month

This month, we’re introducing a faster and more guided delivery flow in Hops.

When a delivery is short, Hops will identify it while you are receiving the order and ask how you want to handle the missing items. You can create a back order, raise a credit note, cancel the missing items or choose Decide Later if someone else needs to make the call.

We’re also adding a central Delivery Health Check before stock is updated. It will bring references, pricing, notes and product-link checks into one clear view, explain anything that needs attention and guide you through the next step.

What to expect:

• Shortages identified earlier

• A new Decide Later option

• Clear cautions and blockers, with practical guidance

• A new Held Deliveries view for anything that still needs attention

• Faster processing, with more work handled on Hops servers
