Smart Stocktakes are now live, and we’re getting ready to launch mobile counting in the Hops app.

We’re currently in the final stages of testing, and we’re excited to start rolling this out.

Very soon, you’ll be able to complete your Count Sheets directly in the Hops app — making stocktakes faster, simpler, and easier for your team on the floor.

We’re inviting customers using Smart Stocktakes to be the first to use this when it launches.

By moving to Smart Stocktakes early, you’ll be ready to:

• use mobile counting as soon as it’s released
• benefit from flexible Count Sheets
• get AI guidance during your stocktakes
• reduce errors and save time each period

What you need to know

Smart Stocktakes are available now, and we’ll continue rolling out improvements over the coming weeks.

Classic Stocktakes will be retired on 30 June 2026, so now is a great time to make the switch.
