Processed” is becoming “Added to Stock”

Processed” is becoming “Added to Stock”

From next week, we’ll begin updating the wording used in Hops for completed orders.

Previously, orders moved through Expected → Arrived → Processed. To avoid confusion with invoice processing and payment, “Processed” will now be called Added to Stock.

This better reflects the operational action: the delivery has been checked and its stock has been added into Hops.

We’re also introducing Health Check: a single place to review and confirm an order before it is added to stock. It makes shortages and other discrepancies easier to identify and action directly from the order.

If an order does not pass its Health Check, it will remain in Arrived until it has been reviewed and resolved.

Hospitality operations, simplified. Product progress, explained clearly.
