🚚 Delivery Charges, built in
You can now set a standard delivery charge for each supplier and choose whether it contributes to GP allocation.
When placing an order, delivery charges can be added as a dedicated line. This makes it easier to categorise costs correctly and get a clearer picture of what each order really costs.
📤 Sage 200 journal export
You can now export journals directly in Sage 200 formating, making it easier to pass financial data out of Hops and keep your accounting in sync. This helps reduce manual work and keeps reporting tidy.
🔗 Systopia POS integration
Hops now integrates with Systopia POS, allowing sales data to flow smoothly into your operations. This gives you better visibility without extra steps or duplicate entry.
🧮 New stock take flow (early access)
We’ve introduced a new, more intuitive stock take flow, now available in early access.
It includes built-in SOP guidance and clearer count sheets to support a more consistent and straightforward counting process. This new flow is also a key prerequisite for enabling stock counting in the app in a future release.
