Added ability to copy Count Sheets
Users can now copy Count Sheets between departments, especially useful for those with multiple outlets!
Added requirement for Supplier references before PO are sent
Some accounting integrations require every supplier to have a reference number. When a company sends an order for a supplier without one, the order can be accepted in HOPS but the downstream GRN/accounting bridge fails, leaving the order in error and requiring correction.
Added additional protections to prevent unit and quantity mistakes in waste and transfers
Users can complete waste and transfer records with an unintended combination of unit size and quantity, such as several large cases instead of individual units or a very small base-unit amount. The current flow does not identify entries that differ sharply from the item’s other available units, so input mistakes can be recorded without a final prompt to review them.
