Hops 5.2.9.150
Improvements
-
Strengthen password security for all Hops accounts
Hops account credentials need to meet updated security standards. Existing web, mobile and API users currently have no managed migration path, notice period or consistent response when their credentials must be updated, which risks insecure legacy credentials remaining in use and can cause confusing sign-in failures.
Fixes
-
Completed count sheets should show only the relevant count unit
Users reviewing completed count sheets see both the Count Unit used for the stocktake and the Inventory Item’s Base UOM. Because the Base UOM is not the unit used to record the count, it can be mistaken for the counted unit and makes completed results unclear.
-
Changing a stocktake count must not update the inventory item’s primary count
Users need to select or amend the count option used for a stocktake without changing the primary count configured on the Inventory Item. In Count Review, changing the dropdown selection also overwrites the Inventory Item’s primary count, causing a transactional stocktake action to alter the item’s master configuration.
-
Allow global email templates to be edited
Reseller administrators need to open global email templates to review or update their content. Selecting Change Template leaves the System Setup page unchanged and the edit control stuck, so the template editor is inaccessible.
-
Don't allow zero lines Credit Notes (Breaking E-Bills Push)
Our Credit Notes now if they are blank (zero lines) to prevent errors when syncing with accounting software.
-
Keep purchase-order references compatible with punch-out orders
Punch-out customers rely on purchase-order references being accepted by the downstream integration. References currently include a “PO-” prefix that the receiving system does not expect, causing problems when punch-out orders are processed.
