Preview Expected Deliveries Before Taking Delivery

We are launching a new feature this week to help make the delivery process in HOPS clearer and easier to use.

Previously, the only way to view the expected quantities was to select Take Delivery and work through the delivery steps. This could cause confusion, as simply previewing the quantities could make it appear that a draft delivery had been created.

You can now:

• Select View on an expected delivery to review and print the expected quantities without starting the delivery.

• Select Take Delivery when the delivery arrives on site.

• Easily identify deliveries that have already been started and select Continue Delivery to complete them.

Viewing an expected delivery will not create or start a draft delivery.
